Just a thought to ponder, what if the only way snp feels comfortible in proceeding is if total is involved in the area wide development, erhe being eliminated being the best way for this to occur, SEO won't sell for what others deem resonable or just doesn't want to sell at this time, therefore eliminating total from being able to accumulate a big enough piece to make it worth while to come in and help snp with blocks 2 thru 4. So without totals help snp/addax decide to walk leaving the whole thing a big cluster f! is this a plausible scenario or highly unlikely! any thoughts.
