Not sure why a company would agree to a "Q" in the 1st place, that's something I can't understand, other than perhaps they had no choice in the matter?..Hard for me to believe, oh well let's hope that gets changed in the near future..OTCBB and the "Q" need to be addressed for future investor confidence, by far a very important factor..JMO
