How are you so sure that the selling was "due to the entity which transferred him the shares" and why would it have Cline's name on it?

Thanks so much for your insightful posts. Any evidence or reason you can provide to further prove your statement would be greatly appreciated. Should it be true now would be an excellent time to buy. But hey so were many other times, supposedly, right? lol
