The evidence of ENCS being a scam is clear and undisputed.

ENCS claimed ownership of patents it knew it did not own for the purpose of misleading investors.

This false statement appears in most ENCS PRs.

The Company also owns the patents for the use of grey-water, and domestic water in heat exchanger systems. They also provide all forms of conventional geothermal heat exchange systems. ENCS never owned patent rights.
That alone makes ENCS a scam.
