Doesn'T sound good for Swift, lawyers always get paid win or loose but in this case seems Swift's lawyer is'nt.

Just wish it would be done with, we all know Xkem is a shell and Monty just wants to get the production going with or with out Xkem.How can we get the licence back and start production if Swift and Burg is still in charge of this shell.
