Yea, this is correct, the divy is common (but it is a new class)not the current class (no dilution), and the additional PS will be issued. And note: that the 250 million of issue only applies to the new class, and our current class will still have the same 100 million. My point was I think people keep misunderstanding that into thinking there will be dilution the current class, but that amount is only for the new class.
