I Just CLOSED two CHASE Accounts
I told the account service representative supervisor exactly why it was that I was closing these accounts, and he said that they were getting lots of phone calls from Chase clients, closing their accounts because of the WAMU THEFT(my words, not his).
I told him that I hoped that my phone call was one of the "lucky ones" that gets recorded for "service training purposes" so that CHASE can understand that their soon-to-be ex-clients are aware that CHASE is nothing more that a BIG, HIGH CLASS THIEF, represented, no less, by a low-rent schmuck like "Brian" (as "Mary" so lovingly likes to refer to him).
My parting shot was that I had another BIG account (big for me), that I have had since 1991, and that this would be my next and final account to close with them. I don't mind giving it to them in drips and drabs.
I highly encourage others to follow the lead of other WAMU equity holders that have been screwed by CHASE.
Don't give CHASE your business - JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE CHASE THE BUSINESS!
