Helios is not only under a joint venture agreement with TMSH, but has open office in India on behalf of TMSH to not only develop the first phase mobile Municipal Solid Waste To Electricity unit to be sent to Romania, but several other tentative commitments regarding larger plants to be supported by not only tipping fees, green credits, and power purchase agreements, but associated with many of the state waste treatment companies to supply all of the necessary feed-stock or waste material for the production of the power to the local grid.
