It could be both a contribution from our JV partner and a sale of capital. The agreement can be written that way to get the JV partner to have skin in the game and negotiate a higher non-refundable fee. Would represent about a 4-5% interest in the company based on a September or October enterprise valuation.

This is also another positive item of note, but just my opinion.
