IMHO, same s*^t, different day....
Brand new business, brand new web site - by Skynet New Media Inc., same web company and even template as used by Biospec Global and ICBS.
No previous history of Identascan in Google Wayback Machine.
A loan scientist with nothing relative to the technology being promoted/published.
Involvement with the technology by Canadian or U.S. University is absent.
No mention of where Identascan is incorporated or when it was incorporated in the Press Release, and shares are being dumped as fast as they are being purchased.
Technology such as that promoted in PR would,as controversial as it may be, still have the attentioon of some major companies, unless DD has been done and there is another reason that neither they or universities are getting involved. Or could it be that Garth with very deep pockets outbid everybody for the technology.(Somehow I do not think so.) Once again, something just does not smell right!
In addition, IC BS is all over the place with no follow-up or follow-through on anything at all. It appears the PR's are designed for no other reason than to distract from the issues and pump up the stock so that it can be dumped.(What I don't get is why they do not let it run at least a little bit before dunping, so that they can get a better price, unless they are afraid of mass exidus.)
Any word on the long anticipated financials, or has everybody forgot about these? If that is the case ---- Mission acconmplished. Congrats Garth,
