Emax says oil and gas, and the market laughs and says cinco! 2.4 million shares, so far, sold at 0.0005!

Maybe the market is smart enough to want to see the company publish the share structure of the preferred and the terms and condition of the deal first, instead of just acting on headlines? How about at least telling us which state the land is in! ahh ya yay!

Today is 2359 days since dividends were declared and not paid! Don't worry folks, they will be mailed in the "very near future". Just don't hold your breath. It's only been 2359 days, don't be unreasonable and think that they should have been paid by now! These things take time!
