I dont believe that to necessarily be true. It was said that financial responsibilities would be taken off of Behl by the assumee of the project. It is my understanding that the share structure will change to accomodate the new "team". I do not believe the shares will be used as a funding mechanism. Until this is all a bit more "set in stone" it will remain as an assumptive view and people will debate either way. My opinion only.
