And by the way, the certificate I have isn't restricted. The problem is that Ameritrade (and others) don't want to run the risk that my certificate will leave them high 'n dry if they were to accept it and sell it since HRNF (and other pinkies) don't report to the SEC. So, I don't think there is a restriction per se on the certificate itself.
