NOK is NOT Irrational to Fight IDCC

Everyone who has either has won or gotten away with paying pennies on the dollar. They'll still pay pennies on the dollar even if we win they'll negotiate a settlement then.

What is irrational about that?

It sucks for us but irrational?

What seems inexplicable is why IDCC just can't get paid like almost everyone else?

Why is it that QCOM gets paid and we don't?

And others too. Why is IDCC endlessly in litigation. If the IP is so vital and obviously ours why can't we get paid?

It seems like a simple straightforward question. I have never hard a simple straightforward answer to it.
