I've looked into this Danos fellow and the Treaty Company's ticker is TECO.
Went back about a month here, on iHub and could not find mention of him.
Did find the board list on the web.

Shows him as COO as of 2010.
Looked up the Louisiana Hospice and nothing of substance could be found.
Interesting.
Is Peck still on the horizon?
Hhhhmmmm just thinking out loud.
