i also would not base decisions on TA alone..but charting is a given while interpretation(speculation) is not..as well as how you interpret the chart based on given numbers---much the same as fundamentals..technicals will mirror in validity--i think John Bollinger termed it "rational analysis"?--asuming that the share price would go down due to "unsuccesful launch would be speculative where as charting(TA) may show another story..a more clear one---a failure(catastrophic) could lead to publicity and opportunity..as such, a charter(TA)would see results sooner than later...those results could be suprising to the positive(imo)
