First off - Toph, if you've got some direct info that contradicts the 10k financials, please share. They are a matter of public record and indicate that the CEO has been compensated for his services. If these are not accurate, then I would say we have other problems.

2 - I am not saying nor alleging once so ever that the CEO is riding us, only that comments made regarding CEO working for free, etc etc are inaccurate and not good DD.

3 - The link was placed on a different message board a few weeks ago, not on this one. At that time, the link worked, am not sure why it doesn't now. I did not post it here, Longste did and I am not sure why. I posted that link on the other message board showing the P&D scam in progress and for that purpose only.

Once again, I have a substancial amount of money invested in this and am long, doing DD and sharing info does not make me a bad guy
