Move VS outstanding shares

Trying to draw movement based upon a settlement is difficult to do. Lexr moved Aprox. 120% on a settlement based on 79 million shares outstanding with 6% held by insiders and 34% held by institutions, short pos 7.8 million shares

Rimm moved 32% on the settlement with 189 million outstanding, 26% held by insiders and 63% held by institions

IDCC has 54 million outstanding with 10% held by insiders and 32% held by institions, 2.5 million outstanding.

look at the settled amounts and movements. I do not know if you can draw any correlations but there certainly is similiar potential for movement.

The fewer shares outstanding and more held by insiders and institutions gives way for the movement on any type of news...coupled with the short consideration.
