Now there is an example of a company that will pull a r/s taking their pps to $20 on a 1/5 split. alot of large institutions will tell you that anything under $20 is a penny stock. weird but true. I guess when you can drop $50mil on a stock purchase than twenty bucks is pretty cheap.
