I have been watching this board since I bought in 9/10. I appreciate the support and positive attitudes displayed but can we have some DD rather then dreaming/hoping for the "one". And I don't mean articles on new spiderweb useage, internet blurbs from penny stock promoters or repeats of past news releases or propaganda blurbs.

I did a bunch of industry DD prior to purchasing, then did some minor DD on company through OCT. After seeing some strange MM movement and A/B spreads that made little sense, I started digging more in late Nov. I have been working on the financials and digging a bit more and I have several concerns:

Lots of warrants coming out, unrestricted shares, CEO salary in the 230's range as well as beneifits AND restricted shares (this guy is living well on us at present), float, AS, no mention of business advisory board since announcements, 1 employee and 1 director same person, etc etc etc.

Besides Ducati, I have not seen anyone share any meaningful DD and I would see this as beneficial to "potential" and "new" investors reading this board. Ducati, would love to be able to read your paper also.

Would love some help on this DD to ease my mind abit as well as can somebody get the company to correct the spelling mistakes, its just embarassing, I have left message and emailed regarding this this morning, maybe a few others would push them to fix.

By the way, I also have a large long position on this so I am not trying to ruin the party, I just want to make sure the party benefits all.
