1000: 1 Reverse split details!

Since there is so much confusion on the Emax reverse split I am putting up a sticky post on it.

""ON APRIL 6, 2009, the total authorized capital was modified by way of a reverse stock split 1000 to one to change the number of common shares from 1,134,835,364 to 1,134,835 shares of common stock and with a par value of $0.0000001 per share. "" - Emax SEC filing April 2010

Anyone can see that outstanding shares are still over a billion shares, NOT a MILLION shares as would have been the case if the reverse split was executed. The reverse split is not executed yet, it is being held up, along with the dividends, and the stock ticker change (that's part of the reverse split), until Emax meets the requirements of the agencies and transfer agent.

This reverse split HAS NOT been rescinded, it is just delayed.

Anyone that wishes to challenge these simple facts can post an SEC filing showing that it is rescinded, and I will modify the sticky post. However, no such SEC filing exists.

Shareholders and prospective buyers should understand this.
