I called and said I had a complaint to file for suspicious trading activites. They put me through to a person and she noted my complaint and said they would look into it. She also suggested that I fill out the complaint form available online on the SEC's website. I will do this later today as I am about to go run some errands for a few hours.

You can always tell an idiot, but you can't tell them much!
