If you were on the Panel..Would you deny a joint motion by the Parties to review the Final report prior to the Panel sending it for ICC review? TIA


Has it ever been definitively determined whether IDCC and Nokia have access to or review the PROPOSED award prior to it being made final. That is, when the panel submits the proposed award on or before March 31, will the parties see it. Or, like us, do they have to wait until its final in May?
