It is unknown whether ZVTK has issued shares or how many of the 60 million shares the CEO gave himself as compensation have hit the market. Even though the person in control of ZVTK is is Federal prison, he can still receive the shares he is owed without any SEC declaration until the next 10-Q due in February 2011.
