Yes, my thoughts are that since you have 4 (?) hedge funds controlling this BK, they are the majority owner of the WAHUQ. They, at this point in time, stand to take over the reorganized WMI (wipe out out equity), reap the benefits of all the NOL and the tax carryforwards.
I was trying to see if there is any selling pressure on WAHUQ to signal any money moving from there to the next in line of the waterfall, ie, preferreds.
