Did anyone actually look at the financial statements??? Here's another funny one - with all the risk involved, the auditors did not charge a dime for audit fees. It's IN the 10-K. Plus, check out the audit company's "website." Hey, missed the momentum ride, but this thing had all the earmarks of a scam. The other option was to pursue the acct firm's liability policy, but they issued the going concern opinion and they aren't responsible for a company's fraudulent pr's. Rhetorical query - anyone wonder if this firm really exists (other than a website) or how it got paid?
