There has been ample debate among investors and interested observers concerning the Concorde Capital Limited mentioned in the S-1 and associated to ASR.
My questions; Is this the Concorde (in S-1) owned by Howard Taylor (also associated to ASR) or the one located in Kiev Russia? Are these two Concorde Capitals one and the same or in any way related? If not, does ASR have a relationship with both?
I would very much appreciate if you could offer clarification of this issue so this matter may be put to rest.
Thank you, John A.
