It doesn't mean anything other than they were correcting a filing mistake last year. At first it looks like they screwed up the stock split.. thinking it should be 4-1 instead they did 6-1...the last sentence tells me nothing changes...oh, and they didn't get shareholders approval... of course i could be wrong.

"Taken together, the 4 for 1 forward split and .5 for 1 share dividend resulted in the equivalent of a 6 for 1 forward stock split. No fractional shares resulted from either the 4 for 1 stock split or the .5 for 1 share dividend."
