Looks like the reason Troy pos wanted to do a R/S is because probably the CD guys were shorting the stock all along from its highs.If he Did the R/S then the price would have colapsed a lot further.So he canceled the R/S.They got pissed off now, and selling the rest of CD shares at what ever price.Since they are still in the money.That is Imo.
