read this - because every pr they put out has been scrutinize (proven scam is still questionable in everyone's mind). the only PR that has a saving grace to SAEI is to accept BID #2.

but even if they did accept bid #2 what's going to stop anyone from believing whether that is true or not?

just my thought.
