BK,

I was under the impression that WMI will re-organize into an on-going entity with significant NOLs and several operating subsidiaries. The new company equity holders, I think, will be the current creditors. From what I understand, the creditors are hoping to re-org WMI and possibly merge with another entity to exploit the NOLS going forward.

Of course, the re-organized market cap is currently unknown. I thought that somewhere in the POR, the value of 300 -400 Million was thrown about as a potential going forward market capitalization. I don't honestly know where I grabbed that value range from, though... it's just a data entry that I seem to keep accessing when I try to recall what the re-org market cap is anticipated to be.

Thus, I think that the possibility of post-BK WMI stock is not an impossibility if it is negotiated properly by our counsel. Of course, WMI would then want to re-claim that $600 Million pot of gold from JPM.

On the other hand, it's possible that the next GSA might transfer our LTWs to JPM, in which case we will have JPM stock in our accounts. I could live with that.... so long as they can compound earnings at a reasonable rate.
