Of course, this is only speculation and ONLY my opinion, but when they first started out, I really think there was the intention to get this company going.

They were just simply naive and of course, there are vultures out there that look for new "potential" entrepenuers.... then they teach these newbs how to work it, so in time, they lose sight of what the mission was, it's easier to sell shares.
