Just got off the phone with IR - Rick Lutz said the 8K makes the whole situation seem a lot worse than it is. People on IR's email list should be getting an email explaining the details surrounding the 8K. As soon as I get it I will post it to this board.

Regarding the AMEX - Rick said the AMEX is just waiting to review the 10K due out in a few weeks.
