PSC came in after your group that took it to .002?? Uhhh PSC recommended IDCN @ .0009 in DEC 2009 along with his 50,000+ followers. I currently cannot find any PSC Alerts other than the popular March & April alerts but my recollection serves me to say Dec. 2009 was the first from PSC. If I am wrong, does it really matter? LoL
