W. Cleveland Smith, Chairman and Director, has 30 years of global industry experience . Mr. Smith was on the team that originally started and developed the Six Flags theme parks and has consulted to major amusement park owners such as Anheiser Bush, Mattel, Sesame Street, Sea World and Wet'n Wild. Additionally, he provided services and management for expositions including the 1982 Knoxville World's Fair, Seattle World's Fairgrounds, Virginia State Fair and the State Fair of Texas. He conducted international negotiations and contract implementation services and franchise agreements to design, build and assist in the operation of major Wet'n Wild Water parks in Brazil and Mexico.
