If you wanted 10 rows froze you would just highlight row 11 as I pointed our by clicking the 11th row way over on the left hand side of the spreadsheet and then go to View to Freeze panes and click and that should freeze the first 10 rows. Now if you want to hide them you can also do that but that's another story.
