But what about folks like myself who as concerned citizens didn't want to see anonther "emergency" legislation that was voted upon by people who didn't read or comprehend what it meant (this would be 100% of our congresspersons, because there was not enough time allowed in the "emergency").?

On top of that, we were also concerned about the financial impact of such broad legislation in a time of economic "crisis" (I do not contest that we are in a time of severe economic strain, but I believe the "crisis" was carefully engineered)?

Simply said, what about those of us who e-mailed our congress persons asking that they not submit to a rushed, ill-considered vote?
