Xcelplus Restricted Shareholders Released March 15th


SALUDA, Va., (March 11, 2005) Pink Sheets- Xcelplus International Inc (Pink Sheets: XLPI), Xcelplus International (http://xcelplus.com) announced today that on March 15th, 15,258,400 shares of restricted stock will be available for release under rule 144. These shareholders invested in Xcelplus before the reverse merger that took Xcelplus public and now many will be able to liquidate some of their shares.

Many shareholders have told us they are holding on to their shares for the long term, so we don't anticipate a huge dumping of stock into the market although many of these shareholders have been with Xcelplus for as long as four years.
The trip to China next week to meet with the potential distributor ShenZhen Sino Auto Industrial is under way to establish distribution in China. The company in China currently sells another additive bought in the US but is dropping the line for Xcelplus. This should add significant revenues to our bottom line, much like the distributor in Thailand will this year.
