This is really well done. I think that we've got a good team working - I particularly like Art's work. Let's put it this way - our team is running laps around Wamu, without a doubt. It would absolutely stun me if the court ruled for their motion for summary judgment. And I do think that we have a thoughtful judge.

But then again, it's a court and anything can happen.
