So if the discussions of filing a class action against Kidder and ACLH doesn't motivate them to communicate via PRs, could they be thinking that ACLH would be shut down before then? Or maybe assets (patents) would have already been transferred to Nutech (BOCL). If so, Kidder should know that at least this ACLH bagholder would make it his life's mission to warn future investors to any of Kidder and Shipley's investment opportunities.

I'm all in on joining a class action. At this point I haven't received any current assurances (in the form of PRs, NOT second-hand comments from Ares "soon" Ionidis) from ACLH that this company is conducting business with a disclosed path forward to get off the grey market. I can provide the name of the New York class action attorney I've been speaking with since the SEC suspension. We'll probably want to extend Kidder and his management the professional courtesy they've failed to provide shareholders by informing them on our plans; just in the event they'll wish to avoid a class action by communicating accordingly with shareholders.
