The way it was explained to me by the PwC speaker at the NSA Trusted Computing Conference was that they (PwC) have a planning process and a central technology committee which meets, I believe, once a year. (Maybe, it's more often than that. I was not taking notes. The PwC fellow had just finished speaking and was visiting with a rep at the Wave booth. The Wave rep was not exactly tickled with the fact I was gently quizzing the PwC guy... though the PwC guy was enjoying the conversation and is, by virtue of his eloquence, good humor and knowledge, someone I'd want out on the road talking about their implementation as much as possible.)

The PwC rep did not say that ERAS was an impossibility... But he, clearly, indicated that it was not going to happen in the short term.

It was during this same conversation that I learned of how the PwC fellow had found Wave to begin with.
