AmericanWest Bankcorp try to escape debt by cheap selling American West Bank 58 branches assets only 6.5 million dollars to Debtor.

I believe:

1. Some bankers would bit more at this price.
2. Court Judge will deny this cheap sale !

AWBC will turn over & back to $0.3/pps before X'mas
