Howard Taylor was either Fired or resigned. The circumstances I believed involved "insider info" via the various emails. And no explanation, on why Howard is no longer listed in the filings as of 11/14/10, from management.

Same with the CFO. Suddenly he's just GONE, with no explanation from Roth. There's disclosure requirements for NORMAL Public Companies. But not this PINKIE. And he was SENIOR Management, who refused to sign the S-1a, as required by SEC regs.
