I'm not an investment banker or expert. I think portions would be offered in an IPO and this would provide money to GTEL and/or the subsidiary as well as placing a "value" on the remaining shares GTEL has that can be used as collatoral for loans, etc. with more favorable terms than past financings. They would dilute then on their terms and not Wall Street loan sharks, plus the shareholders would see increased value as you would be able to quantify the value of the parent company's portion. IMO. It was just some crazy thoughts that came to mind after reading the verbage of the portion of the PR I pointed out in the earlier post.
