Much appreciated. Quick question, newbie I suppose... Can a company's stock rise on good financials and profit alone or does it always need buyers at the ask? Because going from a loss of 66k to a profit with so much good on the horizon is phenomenal! Especially in a company just starting!

Also I heard Swank was thinking of taking the company private again? What possible reason could he have for doing so?
