On March 25 - 28, 2004 it’s the 14th Annual Dinah Shore Weekend once again kicking off the largest 4 day weekend event of its kind for Gay Women in the World. Produced by the world famous Girl Bar Los Angeles & Club Skirts of San Francisco, thousands of breathtaking beauties ascend on the stylish Southern California desert for four days of Wild Parties, Celebrity DJ's, Celebrity Performers, Poolside Mayhem, and good old Fun in the Sun!
This year all the exciting festivities of Dinah Shore Weekend are hosted at, The Wyndham Palm Springs Resort and The Doral Resort Hotels. Their central locations, spacious room accommodations and 4 Star amenities make The Wyndham and the Doral Resort Hotels the two perfect hotels for this action-packed weekend for women!
The action begins Thursday Night at 9pm with the totally outrageous KICK-OFF PARTY! This year the girls have taken over Palm Springs' hottest new nightclub, Heaven, for an evening of out-of-control fun! Doors open at 9pm and at 9:30pm, lookout for a Special Performance by Palm Springs own, Dana Atkins! This hilarious and campy singer will surely start your weekend off with a bang! Meet your friends - or make new ones – join women from around the world for a madcap and non-stop night of socializing and dancing all starting at 9pm. Dance to Celebrity DJ Kimberly S. and DJ Eclat while they mix up the hottest hip-hop, R&B and house sounds.
AND just when you think things couldn't get any crazier Friday Night brings a double shot of fun! Make sure you buy your ticket for a seat and get ready for, Suzanne Westenhoeffer, Susie Berger and Poppy Champlin, three of the most hysterical and outrageous female comediennes performing in this years, “Queens of Comedy X! The Wyndham Resort Grand Ballroom turns into our own “Comedy Central” when the doors open at 7:00 pm for cocktails & seating and the show starts at 8pm. Then after the show we’ll be waiting for you to come join us at the Ultra Sexy “White Party!”
Calling all Women Wearing White!!! The infamous White Party! located in the Doral Resort Hotel Starting at 8pm, Celebrity DJ’s start slowly turning up the heat to a piping hot boil and steam up the dance floor full of sultry bodies. Temperatures will rise even higher with a Special Performance at Midnight from the insatiable “Desert Sin”, and as always will continue to heat up into the late, late night. Doors open at 8:00pm. The Dress….. White of course!
GET WET AND WILD POOLSIDE AT GIRL ROCK! This party is Poolside and starts bright and early Saturday morning. “GIRL ROCK” at The Doral Resort Hotel. Apply that extra coat of lotion, kick back in the sun and lets get this party started! Come hear Girl Rock's Special Guest Performer, (TBD), performing songs from her new CD. In between these hot hot hot Girl Bands, get ready to shake it up all day long with our fabulous DJ’s! This Saturday All Day Event beings at 9am and will keep you moving and grooving until 4pm.
DINAH GOES TO HOLLYWOOD - Put on your sunglasses and black tie attire and sashay down the red carpet into a night in Hollywood, Dinah Shore Style. The spotlight's on “you”, but the glare of thousands of stunning women dancing, socializing, looking and feeling fabulous will make you want to pack the car and head for the hills, the Hollywood Hills! Follow the red carpet as the Wyndham Grand Ballroom has transformed itself into a Magical Hollywood set. This sensational party cyclone starts Saturday night at 8pm as Celebrity DJ’s Kimberely S. and DJ’s Eclat carry you away with sounds that are sure to make you feel like a Hollywood Starlet dancing the night away! Then when the clock strikes 12 get ready for the one sexy lady…International Recording Artist Christine W performing her Billboard Hits in a sizzling Midnight Show.

Its Sunday morning and time for SPLASH!!! WAKE UP!!!! Its time to take a dip in the pool! SPLASH!!!! It’s Women Gone Wild at the Wyndham Hotel's Main Pool! This “All Day” assortment of good clean fun starts flowing at 9am. DJs pumping out a tidal wave of sound that always has the dance floor soaking as Go-Go Girls make waves on the stage. Get swept away by the flood of all the frisky females at the largest Women's Pool Party/T-Dance/Vendor Fair ever! A delicious and tasty BBQ will also be on deck to satisfy your other hunger! As the excitement continues all afternoon, we all know that the Hottest Go-Go Girls are always the order of the day as well as another great Special Surprise Performance that is going to leave you needing another dip in the pool!!!
Hold on tight because this Weekend's Wild Ride isn’t over yet!!! The Grand Finale takes place at ATLAS (formerly Muriel's), Palm Springs State of the Art Nightclub on Sunday Night at 9pm.
