would like to follow that question with another statement he made: " we are convinced plain and simple that the arb. proceedings did not play out to Nokia's liking." this statement has been made before and how does anyone know how the arb. board is thinking, this proceeding is highly confidential and there is no communication between the board and the co's and surely there is no one with inside information, any comments from anyone.
