The company has not put out much news recently. They have stated that regulatory approval is expected towards the end of this year on their pulmo bind candidate, which you can find information about on the company web site.
No company uses the name of a prestigous heart institute, calls them their partner, and survives as a scam. If they were a scam, the Montreal Heart Institute would have sued them long ago. If you need more proof that they aren't scam, other than the fact that they are a reporting company and they are partnered with this hospital, then I'm afraid I can't help you.
I will agree with you that the web site needs a tune up.
