No offense, but who cares about third Q fins? Why would you buy or sell based on that?

We need them to file everything and become current before they can spin-off their subs. I liked this update because they intend to file all their Q's at once and it does not sound like they need to do much work. They need to get their K's audited, so those will take longer IMO.
