I do not believe, feel, or think there is a lack of transparency.

We have received multiple PR's and he is communicating with us as much as possible to show share structure, growth, expansion and productivity.

The board is negative energy - so the PR's have no positive effect on the pps at this time.

All the market manipulators have to do is sell some shares to NITE at .002 and the price goes down to scare more people into selling. But we usually see that lower bid hit with little volume or black volume...so they are not collecting real shares or any that have a significant impact.

Notice the accumulation distribution on the chart.

I am not selling because I know what's really going on. But that's just me...do what you want. I personally can deal with red because in time I feel and believe that will change.

AND REMEMBER - in real estate(other then an acquisition) it does not cost much to obtain growth. Because growth in real estate is a people business. and people do not cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Dustin's hands are tied with the short position. there is just nothing he can do about it.

IMO - everything will come together. I have the wherewithall to wait it out and I expect more manipulation.
